Hi !

My name is Anne-Louise. I study food science and technology in an engineering school in Bordeaux (where Bordeaux wines are also produced, for those who are interested in enology).

In Bordeaux, I live next to a supermarket. To go to school or to city center, I have to take tramway (when it is working!).

                     What I'm seeing from my window

Last year, I  went on a work placement in Edinburgh within a whisky research institute, where I studied rice in counterfeited-whisky production. I don't know much more about wines and spirits...

As you can see, the weather is always cloudy in Scotland !!

I come from the countryside, near Cognac, where brandy is made. I have one twin sister (fortunately we don't look like each other!) and one younger brother:

I am very curious and dynamic : I like to discover new things and meet new people. So I enjoy practising english with Maria, my Californian "penfriend"even if it's quite difficult to find convenient times for both of us. We are both very busy !!

We've already tallked once: we have introduced each other. She is the only girl of 4-sibling family. Her family lives in Santa Ane. She is a first-year university student: she learns French and Italian. She lives with her cousin near Irvine, where her school is. She has mexican roots since her parents came from there 25 years ago.

I feel eager to talk to her next time !!
